ORDERS, SUBSCRIPTIONS & CANCELLATIONS

OUR CONTRACT

All orders and subscription requests made through www.shopflaa.com are considered irrevocable offers to purchase. Haru Haru LLC (DBA “Flaa”) reserves the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion without reason. If your order is rejected, we will refund any payments made via the original payment method. Your order is considered accepted and binding only when we begin processing it.

DELIVERY DATES

During checkout, you may select your preferred delivery date. While we strive to meet this selection, delivery on the requested date is not guaranteed due to variables such as weather, availability, and delivery volumes.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

To request changes (address, message, delivery date), email HereToLoveMySelfShop@gmail.com at least 2 business days before the scheduled delivery. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is prepared.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order up to 2 business days before the delivery date and receive a store credit equal to the full order value (valid for 6 months).
If canceled with less than 2 business days’ notice and the order has not yet been prepared, we will issue the same store credit.
If preparation has begun, no refund or credit will be issued.
All sales are final — we do not issue refunds.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of flowers and plants, all floral and plant orders — including subscriptions — are final sale.
Non-perishable items (excluding gift cards) may be returned or exchanged for store credit within 7 business days, with:

  • Original packaging
  • Valid receipt
  • Authorization number (request via email)

Returns must be brought in during store hours: Wednesday–Saturday, 12–6 PM.
Delivery fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping and taxes.

SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT

You may suspend or cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us with at least 7 business days' notice prior to the next scheduled delivery.
If already charged, a refund (minus a 5% transaction fee) will be issued.
Changes made after the cutoff will apply to future deliveries only.

Price Changes:
We reserve the right to increase subscription prices. You will receive at least 7 days' notice before the new rate takes effect. If no cancellation is received at least 2 business days before the next delivery, your acceptance is assumed and the order will proceed.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Pay

All payments are securely processed via Shopify.
For subscriptions, your card is charged:

  • Immediately for the first delivery
  • Recurring weekly on delivery weeks thereafter

You authorize us to receive updated card information if necessary to fulfill ongoing subscriptions.

DELIVERY & FEES

We currently deliver in the Colorado Springs area. Delivery fees start at $15 depending on location.
An extra $5 per additional item applies when ordering multiple items to the same address.

Orders are delivered Wednesday–Sunday, between 12–7 PM.
We guarantee business deliveries by 5 PM and residential deliveries by 7 PM.

If no one is available to receive the order:

  • It will be left at the front door (weather permitting) or with reception.
  • If unsafe to leave, we will contact you to reschedule (additional charges apply).

In case of missed delivery due to absence, we reserve the right to charge for the full cost of perishable goods and delivery.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

If damage is confirmed, we will issue a free replacement on the next available delivery day.

NON-DELIVERY

If we fail to deliver your order, we will offer either:

  • A free redelivery on the next available delivery date
    OR
  • A full refund to your original payment method within 3 business days

Please note: Banks may take 3–5 additional business days to reflect the refund.

GIFT CARDS

Redemption:
Gift cards can be redeemed on www.shopflaa.com for eligible products. If the purchase exceeds the balance, the remainder must be paid by another method.

Terms:

  • Cannot be used to purchase other gift cards
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash (unless required by law)
  • Balance never expires
  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced

We are not responsible for unauthorized use. Suspicious activity may result in account suspension.

SUBSTITUTIONS & AVAILABILITY

All floral and plant arrangements are subject to availability.
If we cannot fulfill your order exactly as pictured, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equal or greater value, style, and quality.

PROMOTIONS & CODES

  • Promotions are limited-time and subject to change without notice.
  • Only one promotion code may be applied per order.
  • Discounts cannot be retroactively applied to past orders.
  • Introductory offers are valid only for first-time customers.

CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL

Adverse weather, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or events beyond our control may delay or prevent deliveries. In such cases, our liability is limited to the value of the goods and delivery.

LIABILITY LIMITATION

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of business, income, or goodwill
  • Service interruptions or technical issues

Nothing in this policy limits liability for fraud, personal injury, or death caused by our negligence.

LEGAL

These Terms are governed by Colorado law.
Your purchase is deemed to have occurred in the United States.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Please review them regularly.
